Anonymous said, "Went to the new restaurant next to the Hilton for dinner. Got seated immediately and served drinks. Then the decline, our waitress was either really new or just very absentminded, either way she needed more training before she should have been left alone. She forgot everything and we had to keep asking her. Poor service but good food at a great price. I can forsake the service since everything else turned out ok-I blame management, initally it's their job to make sure the restaurant runs well!"

Anonymous said, "Food and service was sub-par compared to location on Hwy 21. Waitress forgot the salads and didn’t split the ticket. Meat was tough and over-cooked. I discussed with manager and she only made excuses. She wasn’t helpful at all (a bit prissy). Cashier had to start over trying to split the ticket. She kept assuming what I had, instead of asking me what I had. Sodolak's should either hire better or train better. Not going back!"

STONE said, "Ordered a Hamburger and fries for take-out. Got what I ordered. No condiments, no lettuce, no tomato, no pickle, no onion; just a hard bun. Have had better fries. Otherwise I loved it. "

Jenna said, "Steaks may be big and cheap...but they are just that cheap. I couldn't swallow my steak it was like I chewed and chewed and chewed then I just spit it out. I guess it's ok if your on a diet. Service was slow...not impressed at all don't recommend it."

Anonymous said, "The food is great here. It is the same as the Beefmasters in Bryan. The service is a little slow at times but it's still a great value! Big portions of delicious country-style cooking."

BCS regular customer said, "My parents and I usually go to the one in Bryan but since they added the new one on University we have been going there. We go and its not the same. Their service is poor and there food isn't the same. I recommend that you go to the one in Bryan. Their food is okay but really its not the same. "

Anonymous said, "actually our salads we cut ourselves before lunch and dinner we take the heads of lettuce take the core out and chop it our selves as well as with every other vegetable on the salad..........and we have amazing service if i do say so myself "

Anonymous said, "Went to the new location yesterday and had the most delicious steak I've had in a long time! The service was good and we didnt wait long for our food. The prices are reasonable for the portions and the atmosphere was superb!"

My friends in the past have complained about the service but our waitress was great. So if you have had bad service in the past just ask for a girl they call freedom and give this place a second chance. "

Beth said, "Honestly, who goes to a place called Beefmasters and complains about the salads?!?! The steaks are amazing, cheap, perfect quality, and lots of it. The loaded potatoes are very tasty too. No idea what anything else tastes like as we always eat beef"

Anonymous said, "Great place, go there at least 2 times a month. Food is always hot but salads need to be improved. Service is always great. Spicy chicken bites are the fav appetizer in this family."

Anonymous said, "They need to improve their side salads. Obviously they dump the lettuce from the bag, top with two slices of onions and one tomato and call it a salad. Needs to be improved!"

Anonymous said, "Great Saturday lunch specials chicken fried steak was fried soft I could actually taste the meat not covered with lots of batter like other places. Sirloin was well seasoned and flavorful. We were shocked at the portions. Sides were bland and overcoo"

Becky said, "Took guests from out of state, they loved it. My husband likes steak, I love seafood, we are both happy when we eat there, the food is good, priced fair and more than we can eat!!!"
